Welcome Steven Lowe

aXedras is pleased to welcome Steven in our team as a senior advisor in our journey to connect and digitalize the global precious metal industry.

Steven Lowe is based in London and is an expert in the precious metals industry. Before joining aXedras Steven was the Head of Business Development at Tradewind Markets - a digital solution for precious metals. Before that Steven worked with Scotiabank for 20 years, holding numerous management positions including Global Co-head of the Bank’s base and precious metals businesses. Steven had a range of responsibilities including marketing and sales growth as well as developing and implementing the business strategy of ScotiaMocatta’s European operation.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Commerce, with honors, at Queen’s University. He went on to the University of Western Ontario, where he completed his Master in Business Administration. He has served as a Director and Trustee on numerous notable Boards including Scotiabank Europe Plc, the London Bullion Market Association, and the Canadian Memorial Foundation.

Steven is highly experienced in the areas of business development, strategic planning, and sales in the precious metals industry, as well as in recruitment and partnerships. He has served as a mentor to future business leaders and as a liaison for high-profile clients.
